What is a Minogauge??

the word "minogauge" is a word created by me to describe the governmental stance our country takes. the definition is "a government that is manned by a supreme leader that is being advised by a person(s)". The word itself comes from the greek roots of "min" meaning advised and "ogauge" meaning leader. this word applies as I am a dictatorial leader, but I have advisors that do not have to listen to but I can choose to listen to otherwise and I run very rare votes to see how my citizens are feeling about certain things as my citizens are my world.
