I declare my citizens as seperate from the United States in response to the current political, economic, and social climate that is becoming more and more present. the United States has caused much distress to they're citizens and Jaggistan aim's to right all the wrongs of the United States. with this typed manifesto I declare that all people no matter their differences or looks, will have free will do what they want when they want, it is not buisness of the government what a citizen does.
